Welcome to the beta reader Portal for COYNE House. This novel was intended to be (and is) a compilation of as many horror tropes as it is possible to cram into a single book. It is a tribute to Shirley Jackson, Mary Shelley, and so many others. I don’t want to give too much away.
What I am hoping for is that, as you read, you will leave comments on the chapter posts if anything occurs to you. You like something, you think something is off, you find a place where I changed a continuity piece that is important. It’s a long book written over a period of time and I already know as I’m editing it that there are things I have to change when I reach them. Also, if at any point you find a thing you think could just be removed and not affect the story, I would appreciate that as well, because I need to make some cuts to get the length under control. I will post links to the chapters here.
